AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO SCHOTTENSTEIN TRUSTEES GP ET AL AS TO THE TIME LIMIT OF A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR APPROXIMATELY 353.422 ± ACRES AT ROHR ROAD AND PONTIUS ROAD IN THE CITY OF GROVEPORT
Body
WHEREAS, Schottenstein Trustees GP et al, the owners of approximately 353.422± acres at Rohr Road and Pontius Road in the City of Groveport, were granted a rezoning to Planned Industrial Park (PIP) with respect to said tracts in Ordinance No. 08-013, passed, April 28, 2008.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO,  A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
 
Section 1:  That applicant, Schottenstein Trustees GP et al, is granted an extension as to the time limit of the previously approved development plan for the 353.422± acres of land at Rohr Road and Pontius Road.
 
Section 2:  That in granting this extension pursuant to Section 1135.01(f) of the Groveport Zoning Ordinance, Council hereby acknowledges a valid purpose and a necessity for said extension; and moreover, such extension is not a conflict with the health, safety and welfare of the public or the development standards of the Planned Development District.
 
Section 3:  That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
