AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE TOWNE CENTER (PARCEL NO. 185-000118)

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the final plat for the Towne Center be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

Section 1:  That the final plat for the Towne Center (Parcel No. 185-000118), a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby accepted.

Section 2:  That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon passage by Council and signature of the Mayor.
