WHEREAS, Council wishes to move forward with above stated projects.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
 
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to solicit bids for the 2015 Street Maintenance Program, Police Department parking lot, Blacklick Park parking lot, and KidSpace parking lot resurfacings and is further authorized to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the completion thereof.
 
 
Section 2:   That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
