Title

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 674-716 MAIN STREET, PARCEL NUMBER 185-002946

Body

WHEREAS, Council previously approved the Development Plan for the above-referred development in Ordinance No. 2013-010 (adopted 4/22/2013); and,

WHEREAS, Council has no objection to the amendment of said development plan.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

Section 1: That the Development Plan for 674-716 Main Street, Parcel Number 185-002946 is hereby modified according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof, provided the following condition set forth by the Planning & Zoning Commission is satisfied.

                     1. That the 2^nd floor and west end of the building signage comply with the SCPD signage requirements.

Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
