AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT FOR 6201 GREEN POINTE DRIVE SOUTH (PARCEL NO. 185-002905 AND PARCEL NO. 185-001444) AND THE DECLARATION OF AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the final plat for 6201 Green Pointe Drive South be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the final plat for 6201 Green Pointe Drive South (Parcel No. 185-002905 and Parcel No. 185-001444 ), a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby accepted.
Section 2: That this Ordinance be deemed an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and general welfare of the community as this legislation must be enacted in a timely manner so economic development at the site in question can take place as soon as practicable; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon passage by Council and signature of the Mayor.
