AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO SOLICIT BIDS AND TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR THE DIRECTORS BLVD. STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

WHEREAS, it is necessary to solicit bids and enter into a contract in conjunction with the Directors Blvd. Street Reconstruction Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to solicit bids in conjunction with the Directors Blvd. Street Reconstruction Project and further authorized to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for said project.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and at the earliest time provided by law.
