AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT THE INFRASTRUCTURE/IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ROHR ONE DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, the required public improvements in conjunction with Rohr One Development have been completed; and
WHEREAS, inspection of the improvements revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the infrastructure/improvements constructed in conjunction with Rohr One Development, being a 3,582 linear foot extension of sanitary sewer main that includes 8", 12" and 15" diameter sewer pipe and 14 manholes and a 1,914 linear foot extension of a 12" water main, both along the Rohr Road corridor east of the Rohr Road and Opus Drive intersection, are hereby accepted and dedicated as a public improvement.
Section 2 : That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
