AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART NINE - STREETS, UTILITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICES CODE, TITLE FIVE - OTHER PUBLIC SERVICES, CHAPTER 941 PARKS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

WHEREAS, Council has determined it necessary to amend Part Nine - Streets, Utilities, and Public Services Code, Title Five - Other Public Services, Chapter 941 Parks, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Nine - Streets, Utilities, and Public Services Code, Title Five - Other Public Services, Chapter 941 Parks, be amended according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
