AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, THE SANITARY SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTED ON THE GROVEPORT-MADISON HIGH SCHOOL SITE LOCATED AT 4475 SOUTH HAMILTON ROAD

WHEREAS, a new fifteen (15) inch diameter sanitary sewer line, 1,754 feet in length, plus or minus, and flowing in a northerly direction , has been constructed on the Groveport-Madison High School site, as a relocation sewer replacing a portion of an existing sewer to make way for the new high school building; and
WHEREAS, the stated new sanitary sewer ties into an existing sanitary sewer at the north-property limit and the south-property limit of the High School site; and
WHEREAS, the construction inspection punch list items have been addressed; and
WHEREAS, said inspection revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1 : That the sanitary sewer line project as set forth above, is hereby accepted and dedicated as a public improvement.
Section 2 : That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
