AN ORDINANCE CONSOLIDATING UP TO THREE BOND ANTICIPATION NOTE ISSUES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, OHIO INTO A CONSOLIDATED NOTE ISSUE, AND ESTABLISHING THE TERMS OF SUCH CONSOLIDATED NOTE ISSUE

WHEREAS, this City Council of the City of Groveport, Ohio (the “City”) has passed three ordinances authorizing the following general obligation bond anticipation note issues pursuant to Chapter 133 of the Ohio Revised Code for the purposes indicated: (i) not to exceed $1,300,000 Municipal Recreation Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2026 (Second Renewal) for the purpose of renewing notes previously issued for the purpose of constructing a recreational facility consisting of pickleball courts, shelters, bleachers, and related equipment and furnishings, along with any necessary site improvements thereto; (ii) $1,175,000 Parking Lot Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2026 (First Renewal) for the purpose of renewing notes previously issued for the purpose of paying part of the cost of, and paying additional costs of, constructing and/or reconstructing one or more public parking lots and adjacent alleyways within the City, including but not limited to paving, repaving, resurfacing, curbing, drainage, lighting, and all necessary site improvements and appurtenances thereto; and (iii) $5,375,000 Wirt Road Projects Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2026 (First Renewal) for the purpose of renewing notes previously issued for the purpose of paying part of the cost of, and paying additional costs of, street, water, sewer, and/or stormwater projects on, adjacent to, or in close proximity to Wirt Road, including but not limited to (a) constructing, reconstructing, grading, paving, repaving, aligning, realigning, curbing, draining, lighting, and related street projects with all necessary appurtenances thereto, (b) acquiring, constructing, and installing a new water main and all necessary appurtenances thereto, (c) acquiring, constructing, and installing a new sanitary sewer collection ...
