AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2005-020 (ADOPTED 2/28/05) ESTABLISHING MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR THE OUTDOOR AQUATIC CENTER, AND RELATED PROVISIONS AND THE DECLARATION OF AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, it is desirable to rename and/or add certain classifications on the Outdoor Aquatic Center Fee Schedule to read Groveport Resident and All Others; and,
WHEREAS, in conjunction therewith, it is necessary that the City establish the Outdoor Aquatic Center rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 2005-020 (adopted 2/28/05), be amended in accordance with Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: That the rates for the Outdoor Aquatic Center are hereby set in accordance with Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the health, safety, and general welfare of the community to the extent that said rate structure and fees must be in place in time for membership sales which are to commence April 1, 2013; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon passage by Council and signature of the Mayor.
