AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT THE INFRASTRUCTURE/IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH OPUS BUSINESS CENTER AT RICKENBACKER-RICK VIII

WHEREAS, the required public improvements in conjunction with Opus Business Center at Rickenbacker-Rick VIII have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, inspection of the improvements revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the infrastructure/improvements constructed in conjunction with Opus Business Center at Rickenbacker-Rick VIII, being
1) A street cul-de-sac being 128 feet in length, along Greenpointe Drive South, including street lighting and various appurtenances
2) Storm sewers, including 76 feet of 12-inch storm sewer, 17 feet of 36-inch storm sewer and 586 feet of 48-inch storm sewer, to include 6 appurtenant storm structures and manholes
3) Sanitary Sewers, including 2,031 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 91 feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer, and 879 feet of 18-inch sanitary sewer, and including 10 appurtenant sanitary manholes
are hereby accepted and dedicated as a public improvements.
Section 2 : That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
