AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING IN SEASON GOLF FEES FOR THE LINKS AT GROVEPORT GOLF COURSE

WHEREAS, City Council is desirous of establishing in season golf fees at the Links at Groveport Golf Course.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That in season golf fees for the Links at Groveport Golf Course are hereby established in accordance with Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
