AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART FIVE, CHAPTER 505 "ANIMALS AND FOWL" OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Part Five, Chapter 505, "Animals and Fowl", of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport, by updating Section 505.11, "Hunting Prohibited."

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

Section 1:  That Part Five, Chapter 505, "Animals and Fowl" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport is hereby amended by updating Section 505,"Hunting Prohibited.", in accordance with Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

Section 2:  That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
