AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PAY GRADE FOR THE LIFEGUARD CLASSIFICATION IN THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT AND THE DECLARATION OF AN EMERGENCY

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the pay grade for the lifeguard classification in the Recreation Department to assure that the compensation for said position is commensurate for the current duties of this classification.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

Section 1:  That the pay grade for the lifeguard classification is hereby amended from grade 1 to grade 3 and current salaries are hereby moved to the same level on the new grade.
