A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND PLAN
Body
WHEREAS, Council has deemed it necessary to plan the City's long term financial needs; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff presented to Council a proposed five year Capital Improvement Fund Plan for calendar years 2019-2023; and,
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed these proposed financial plans on several occasions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the five year Capital Improvement Fund Plan for calendar years 2019 - 2023 is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
