AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CITY OF GROVEPORT'S FINAL PLAT FOR WIRT ROAD
Body
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Groveport's final plat for Wirt Road, be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the City of Groveport's final plat for Wirt Road, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby approved.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
