AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION OF 1.07 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, PARCEL NUMBER 180-001126, LOCATED IN MADISON TOWNSHIP UPON ANNEXATION OF SAID TRACT TO THE CITY OF GROVEPORT (JACKSON B. REYNOLDS, III, PETITIONER)

WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Franklin County, Ohio, have approved the application of Jackson B. Reynolds, III, petitioner, for annexation of 1.07 acres, more or less, located on Parcel Number 180-001126 in Madison Township upon annexation of said tract to the City of Groveport; and,
WHEREAS, said annexation would be beneficial to the citizens of the City of Groveport, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the application of Jackson B. Reynolds, III, petitioner, for annexation of 1.07 acres, more or less, Parcel Number 180-001126, located in Madison Township to the City of Groveport, be approved.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
