A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMOUNTS AND RATES AS DETERMINED BY THE BUDGET COMMISSION AND AUTHORIZING THE NECESSARY TAX LEVIES AND CERTIFYING THEM TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR AND THE DECLARATION OF AN EMERGENCY

Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby deemed an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the health, safety, and general welfare of the community to the extent that said legislation must be enacted in a timely fashion to assure that the City meets the County deadline of submitting this Resolution on or before October 1, 2025; Wherefore, this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the passage by Council and signature of the Mayor.
