AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 5120 HENDRON ROAD, PARCEL # 185-002944
Body
WHEREAS, Council previously approved the Development Plan for the above-referred residential development in its approval of the rezoning for this acreage to a Planned High Density Residential (PR-18) in Ordinance No. 12-053 (passed 11/26/2012); and,
WHEREAS, Council has no objection to the amendment of said development plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Development Plan for the 5120 Hendron Road, Parcel No. 185-002944 is hereby modified according to the Attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof, provided all of the conditions set forth by the Planning & Zoning Commission are satisfied.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
