AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART ONE - ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, TITLE FIVE - ADMINISTRATIVE, CHAPTER 126 - DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, OHIO AND THE DECLARATION OF AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Chapter 126 of the Groveport Codified Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part One - Administrative Code, Title Five - Administrative, Chapter 126 - Department of Finance of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport be amended, by revising and establishing new sub-sections, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: Inconsistent Motions Repealed: That all previous Ordinances, Resolutions, motions, or parts of Ordinances, Resolutions, or motions, for the City of Groveport, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby deemed an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the health, safety, and general welfare of the community to the extent that this legislation must be enacted in a timely fashion so that the Administrator and/or Finance Director can take immediate action under the stated administrative code provisions; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and signature of the Mayor.
