AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART SEVEN - BUSINESS REGULATION CODE, CHAPTER 715 - GARAGE SALES, OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT CODIFIED ORDINANCES

WHEREAS, Council has determined it is in the best interest of the City of Groveport to amend the above-referenced chapter of the Groveport Codified Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Seven - Business Regulation Code, Chapter 715 - Garage Sales of the City of Groveport Codified Ordinances be amended according to the attached Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2: Inconsistent Motions Repealed: That all previous ordinances, resolutions, motions, or parts of ordinances, resolutions, or motions for the City of Groveport, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
