AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, THE SANITARY SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTED AND INSTALLED UNDER GROVEPORT ROAD AND THE MANHOLE CONSTRUCTED AND INSTALLED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF GROVEPORT ROAD

WHEREAS, the one year maintenance inspection has been conducted on the above referred sanitary sewer improvement; and
WHEREAS, said inspection revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the 8 inch, 164 foot sanitary sewer line constructed and installed under Groveport Road, and the manhole ( Manhole #1) constructed and installed on the north side of Groveport Road is hereby accepted and dedicated as a public improvement.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
