AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE GREATER GROVEPORT FOOD PANTRY FOR 595 CHERRY STREET

WHEREAS, Council has deemed it appropriate to lease the above-referenced property to the Greater Groveport Food Pantry.
WHEREAS, the Administrator has been in the process of negotiating the terms of said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a lease agreement with the Greater Groveport Food Pantry for the property located at 595 Cherry Street.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
