WHEREAS, it is necessary that the final plat for 5770 Saltzgaber Road, Fed One Properties XVII, LLC, Applicant (Parcel Number 185-002541) be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the final plat for 5770 Saltzgaber Road, (Parcel Number 185-002541) a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby approved.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
