AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART ONE - ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, CHAPTER 143, EMPLOYEES GENERALLY OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, OHIO

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Chapter 143 of the Groveport Codified Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part One - Administrative Code, Chapter 143, Employees Generally of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport be amended, according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein.
Section 2: Inconsistent Motions Repealed: That all previous Ordinances, Resolutions, motions, or parts of Ordinances, Resolutions, or motions, for the City of Groveport, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
