AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN AND SURVEY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH THE MOST RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE CONSULTING ENGINEER FOR THE TRANSIT SUPPORTIVE INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT KNOWN AS "SOUTH HAMILTON ROAD SHARED USE PATH (SUP) (CONNECTION TO BLACKLICK TRAIL) IMPROVEMENT ALONG SR 317" PROJECT AND TO EXECUTE ANY AGREEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH SAID PROJECT

WHEREAS, it is necessary to solicit proposals and enter into contracts for design and survey professional services necessary for the "South Hamilton Road Shared Use Path (SUP) (Connection to Blacklick Trail) Improvement along SR 317" project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to solicit proposals for design and survey professional services necessary for the "South Hamilton Road Shared Use Path (SUP) (Connection to Blacklick Trail) Improvement along SR 317" project and further authorized to enter into a contract with the most responsive and responsible consulting engineer for said project, and to execute any agreements in conjunction with said project.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
