AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF THE PERSONNEL PRACTICES AND POLICIES HANDBOOK OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Personnel Practices and Policies Handbook of the City of Groveport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Personnel Practices and Policies Handbook of the City of Groveport be amended, according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein.
Section 2: Inconsistent Motions Repealed: That all previous Ordinances, Resolutions, motions, or parts of Ordinances, Resolutions, or motions, for the City of Groveport, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
