AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 123.07, DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Section 123.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

Section 1:  That Section 123.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport be amended according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof.

Section 2:  That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
