AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO CONVEY A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT TO BOB WARD FAMILY LP

WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it appropriate to convey a sanitary sewer easement to Bob Ward Family LP to provide sanitary sewer service to the latter's property located on Hendron Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to convey a sanitary sewer easement to Bob Ward Family LP for the reasons set forth in the preamble hereto.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
