A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TAX BUDGET FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2015
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Groveport has properly advertised notice and held a public hearing with regard to the proposed tax budget of the City for 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the tax budget for the calendar year 2015, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
