AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART FIVE - GENERAL OFFENSES CODE, CHAPTER 505 ANIMALS AND FOWL, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

WHEREAS, Council has determined it necessary to amend Part Five - General Offenses Code, Chapter 505 Animals and Fowls, Section 505.01, Dogs and other animals running at large, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Five - General Offenses Code, Chapter 505 Animals and Fowls, Section 505.01, be amended according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
