AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART NINE, TITLE 3, CHAPTER 935 - STORMWATER MANAGEMENT POLICY FOR THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Groveport amend its Stormwater Management Policy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

Section 1:  That Part Nine, Title 3, Chapter 935 - Stormwater Management Policy for the City of Groveport is hereby amended by amending subsection 935.08, Stream Corridor Protection Zone, pursuant to the attached "Exhibit A" which is incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2:  That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
