AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART NINE, CHAPTER 911 TREES AND SHRUBS, SECTION 911.08 OF THE STREETS, UTILITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICES CODE OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend certain sections of Part Nine, Chapter 911 Trees and Shrubs, Section 911.08 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Nine, Chapter 911 Trees and Shrubs, Section 911.08 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport, is hereby amended as shown in the attached Exhibit "A".
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
