AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 3099, 3295, 3277 AND 3269 ROHR ROAD, PARCEL NUMBERS 185-002914, 180-001048, 180-003042 AND 180-001052

WHEREAS, Council previously approved the Development Plan for the above-referred development in its approval of the rezoning for this acreage to Planned Industrial Park (PIP) in Ordinance No. 2007-052 (passed 12/17/2007); and,
WHEREAS, Council has no objection to the amendment of said development plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Development Plan for 3099, 3295, 3277, 3269 Rohr Road, Parcel Numbers 185-002914, 180-001048, 180-003042 and 180-001052 is hereby modified according to the Attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof, provided all of the conditions set forth by the Planning & Zoning Commission are satisfied.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
