AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH HUNTINGTON PUBLIC CAPITAL CORPORATION AND PURCHASE ONE (1) PICK-UP TRUCK FOR THE BUILDING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT, ONE (1) CUSHMAN TRUCKSTER AND (1) TIGER CUB MOWER FOR THE PARKS MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, it is necessary to purchase the above referenced equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a Lease Agreement with Huntington Public Capital Corporation and purchase one (1) pick-up truck for the Building and Zoning Department, one (1) Cushman truckster and one (1) Tiger cub mower for the Parks Maintenance Department.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon passage by Council and signature of the Mayor.
