AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 6201 GREEN POINTE DRIVE SOUTH, PARCEL # 185-002905
Body
WHEREAS, Council previously approved the Development Plan for the above-referred industrial development in its approval of the rezoning for this acreage to a Planned Industrial Park (PIP) in Ordinance No. 05-100 (passed 2/27/06); and,
 
WHEREAS, Council has no objection to the amendment of said development plan to permit the addition of a cul-de-sac at the end of Green Pointe Drive South.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
 
Section 1: That the Development Plan for the 6201 Green Pointe Drive South, Parcel No. 185-002905 is hereby modified according to the Attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof thereby allowing the addition of a cul-de-sac to Green Pointe Drive South pursuant to the conditions recommended by City staff and approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
 
Section 2: That Council further hereby grants an area variance as to the landscaping requirements set forth in 1176.05a of the City of Groveport Planning & Zoning Code with respect to the north property line of the site.
 
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
