AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE ANNUAL COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT FOR THE COMPENSATION OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT
Body
WHEREAS, the compensation program for the employees of the City of Groveport allows for an annual cost of living adjustment based on the data bases set forth in the Compensation Plan established in Ordinance No. 12-010, passed 4-9-2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the maximum pay for all pay grades as established by Council shall be increased by 3.55% pursuant to the attached Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
