AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION, ACCEPTING THE POSITION DESCRIPTION AND PAY GRADE THEREFORE

WHEREAS, the City is desirous of creating the position of Director of Transportation; and,
WHEREAS, to create said position it is necessary to accept the position description and set the pay grade.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That there is hereby created the position of Director of Transportation, the position description attached hereto is accepted, and the pay grade for said position shall be Grade 14.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
