AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, THE SANITARY SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTED AND INSTALLED UNDER SWISHER ROAD

WHEREAS, the one year maintenance inspection has been conducted on the above referred sanitary sewer improvement; and
WHEREAS, said inspection revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the eight (8) inch diameter sanitary sewer line, 459 feet in length, plus or minus, constructed and installed under Swisher Road, including Manhole #2 and Manhole #3, located between a point about 31 feet east of Swisher Road and a point about 428 feet west of Swisher Road, is hereby accepted and dedicated as a public improvement.
Section 2 : That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
