AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE GROVEPORT HERITAGE AND PRESERVATION SOCIETY FOR THE GROVEPORT HERITAGE MUSEUM IN THE TOWN HALL

WHEREAS, the City desires to continue the lease of the east room of the first floor of the Town Hall to the Groveport Heritage and Preservation Society for the Groveport Heritage Museum; and,
WHEREAS, Council has deemed it to be in the best interests of the City and the Groveport Heritage and Preservation Society if the Groveport Heritage Museum were to remain located in the Town Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a lease agreement with the Groveport Heritage and Preservation Society as to the continued occupancy of the Groveport Heritage Museum at Town Hall.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
