AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING AND AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON MADISON STREET IN THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

WHEREAS, in the interest of public safety, it is necessary to prohibit parking on the west side of Madison Street from the south edge of the post office exit drive north to Main Street and on the entire east side of Madison Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That parking is prohibited on the west side of Madison Street from the south edge of the post office exit drive north to Main Street and on the entire east side of Madison Street in the City of Groveport.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
