AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART NINE - STREETS, UTILITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICES CODE, CHAPTER 925 - SEWER RATES, EXTENSIONS AND FEES OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Part Nine - Streets, Utilities and Public Services, Chapter 925 - Sewer Rates, Extensions and Fees of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Nine - Streets, Utilities and Public Services, Chapter 925 - Sewer Rates, Extensions and Fees of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport, is hereby amended as shown in the attached exhibit "A".
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
