AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF GROVEPORT - PART THREE - TRAFFIC CODE, TITLE SEVEN, CHAPTER 351, SECTION 351.15, OPERATION AND PARKING IN PARKS

WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it necessary to amend the above-referenced section of the Codified Ordinances of Groveport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Three - Traffic Code, Title Seven, Chapter 351, Section 351.15, Operation and Parking in Parks of the Codified Ordinances of Groveport is hereby amended, according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
