AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART SEVEN - BUSINESS REGULATION CODE, CHAPTER 727 - PEDDLERS OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

WHEREAS, Council has deemed it necessary that the City amend Part Seven - Business Regulation Code, Chapter 727 - Peddlers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLING COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Seven - Business Regulation Code, Chapter 727 - Peddlers, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport, is hereby amended in accordance with Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
