AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT THE INFRASTRUCTURE/IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ROHR ONE DEVELOPMENT, PHASE 2

WHEREAS, the required public improvements in conjunction with Rohr One Development, Phase 2 have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, inspection of the improvements revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the infrastructure/improvements constructed in conjunction with Rohr One Development, Phase 2, being a 271 linear foot extension of a 12" water main and a 130 linear foot extension of an 8” water main, along Rohr Road and Commerce Center Drive respectively, are hereby accepted and dedicated as a public improvement.
Section 2 : That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
