AN ORDINANCE REMOVING THE POSITION OF PERSONNEL COORDINATOR IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND ADDING THE POSITION OF PERSONNEL DIRECTOR

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove the position of Personnel Coordinator in the Human Resources Department and add the position of Personnel Director.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

 

Section 1                     That the current Personnel Coordinator position is hereby removed from the Human Resources Department and the position of Personnel Director is added to said department, effective 02/01/2017.

 

Section 2:                        That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
