AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO SOLICIT BIDS AND TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR THE PAINTING OF THE INDOOR POOL CEILING AND WALLS AT THE GROVEPORT RECREATION CENTER

WHEREAS, it is necessary to solicit bids and enter into a contract for the painting of the indoor pool ceiling and walls at the Groveport Recreation Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to solicit bids for the painting of the indoor pool ceiling and walls at the Groveport Recreation Center and further authorized to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for said project.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
