AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART THREE - TRAFFIC CODE, TITLE FIVE - VEHICLES, CHAPTER 333 - OVI; WILLFUL MISCONDUCT; SPEED OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT AND THE DECLARATION OF AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, Council has deemed it necessary that the City amend Part Three - Traffic Code, Title Five - Vehicles, Chapter 333 - OVI; Willful Misconduct; Speed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Three - Traffic Code, Title Five - Vehicles, Chapter 333 - OVI; Willful Misconduct; Speed, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport, is hereby amended in accordance with Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby deemed an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the health, safety, and general welfare of the community to the extent that the City must have this legislation enacted in a timely fashion so that the City's speed limit for Rohr Road is consistent with that to be established by the Franklin County Engineers Office; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and signature of the Mayor.
