AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART ONE - ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, TITLE FIVE, CHAPTER 137, BOARD OF CEMETERY TRUSTEES

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City amend Part One - Administrative Code, Title Five, Chapter 137, Board of Cemetery Trustees in order to properly codify the rules and regulations with respect to the administration to the City's cemetery.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

 

Section 1:  That Part One - Administrative Code, Title Five, Chapter 137, Board of Cemetery Trustees is hereby amended by adding new section 137.03 Groveport Cemetery Rules and Regulations according to the attached Exhibit A which is made a part hereof.

 

Section 2That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
